Having experienced its heyday at the turn of the century with the development of the train, this cousin of Epoisses reborn today through a handful of dairy farmers.


Even if the appearance recalls the Epoisses, it has its specific characteristics of its soil homogeneous and manufacture farm. The slightly nutty flavor, tolerates a pleasant hint of bitterness and some flexibility in the mouth.
