Between peaks and forests, on the plateaus where storms bring humidity, goats and sheep roam freely, grazing on grasses with application of a fragrant maquis sunburnt.
The touch of love is made from broccio, traditional cheese from sheep Corsica, which is covered with scrub grass of Corsica (savory, rosemary, juniper berries). Its taste is slightly tart and very characteristic. Its flavor thickens over time while remaining a great finesse. Next season, the dough can be very soft and then slightly firmer.
