Anschlie\u00dfend verbringt er einige weitere Monate in unseren Kellern, um seinen Charakter noch zu verst\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n<p>So verblasst die anf\u00e4ngliche Creme allm\u00e4hlich und der K\u00e4se gewinnt an Temperament mit einer ausgepr\u00e4gteren Salzigkeit, der Teig kristallisiert dann und wird br\u00fcchiger.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eine in der
