Seine Weinberge haben nat\u00fcrlich viel dazu beigetragen, aber auch einige seiner charaktervollen K\u00e4sesorten.<\/p>\n\n<p>Epoisses ist ein bekannter und weithin anerkannter AOP. Der Epoisses fermier zeichnet sich jedoch aus, denn er wird nicht nur aus Rohmilch hergestellt, sondern ist auch das einzige auf dem Bauernhof produzierte Produkt, das im GAEC des Marronniers hergestellt wird.<\/p>\n\n<p>Obwohl er oft durch Noten von Schnaps, Heu und bei l\u00e4ngerer Reifung sogar von Leder gekennzeichnet ist, zeichnet sich der Epoisses fermier des Marronniers regelm\u00e4\u00dfig durch seine Feinheit aus. Denn trotz eines gewissen Charakters ist er nur bei den lange im Keller gereiften St\u00fccken charakterlos. Er hat nur einen einzigen Fehler: Er wird bei der Reifung oft so cremig, dass er manchmal fast fl\u00fcssig wird.<br\/>Wir w\u00fcrden so gerne mehr davon anbieten, aber aufgrund seiner geringen
