Er ist halbhart und wird in kleinen F\u00e4ssern von einigen Kilogramm Gewicht angeboten. Sein Name ist eine Hommage an die Forts de La Tine, wo er das Privileg hat, einige Monate unter den anderen gro\u00dfen Schweizer K\u00e4sesorten wie Vieux Emmentals und Gruy\u00e8res zu reifen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Unter seiner braunen Rinde ist der Teig gelb, fettig und buttrig, bei l\u00e4ngerer Reifung wird er mineralischer und br\u00fcchiger. Die Aromen sind lang anhaltend im Mund, die anf\u00e4nglichen blumigen Noten verblassen mit der Zeit, dann kommen Heuaromen zum Ausdruck, die von einer st\u00e4rkeren Salzigkeit und leichten
