{"id":2474,"date":"2023-01-06T16:50:29","date_gmt":"2023-01-06T15:50:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fromagerieantony.fr\/fromage\/pelardon\/"},"modified":"2023-11-20T18:58:06","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T17:58:06","slug":"pelardon","status":"publish","type":"fromage","link":"https:\/\/www.fromagerieantony.fr\/de\/fromage\/pelardon\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u00e9lardon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Unter seiner leichten Kruste bietet er einen gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Teig.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Cevennen in S\u00fcdfrankreich sind die Heimat dieses kleinen Ziegenk\u00e4ses, ein Land mit einem manchmal rauen Mittelmeerklima, das aber eine einzigartige Heimat bietet, die aus Agropastoralismus besteht, wo die Tiere in einer Landschaft aus Garrigue und Kastanienb\u00e4umen weiden.<br\/>Wir freuen uns, den K\u00e4se von der Ferme de la Belle Roche anbieten zu k\u00f6nnen, wo Florence und Christophe einen hervorragenden P\u00e9lardon herstellen, w\u00e4hrend sie sich um ihre Bienenst\u00f6cke und die \u00f6rtlichen Schweine k\u00fcmmern. Alles wird bei ihnen im Rahmen einer nachhaltigen und biologischen Landwirtschaft geschaffen.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>Der K\u00e4se ist ein kleiner, wei\u00dfer, gestreifter Kieselstein und l\u00e4sst unter dieser leichten Rinde erahnen, dass er gerne von einem gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Teig \u00fcberquillt. Hier schmeckt man einen erhabenen, duftenden Ziegenk\u00e4se von gro\u00dfer Feinheit, der an seine Garrigue und seine aromatischen Pflanzen erinnert. Ein leichter Hauch von Mineralit\u00e4t begleitet oft auch ausgewogene Milchnoten. Die Natursch\u00f6nheiten des S\u00fcdens bringen diesen sch\u00f6nen K\u00e4se zum Leuchten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unter seiner leichten Kruste bietet er einen
