Er wird im Bauges-Massiv am Fu\u00dfe des Mont Revard hergestellt, indem man die alte Tradition wieder aufnimmt, im Winter cremige K\u00e4se herzustellen, die von einem Fichtengurt zusammengehalten werden.<\/p>\n\n<p>Der K\u00e4se wird in einem kleinen Laib von 2 kg mit einem feinen wei\u00dfen Flaum auf einer weichen roten Rinde angeboten. Mit der Zeit und denselben Abreibungen wie beim Mont d&#8217;Or wird der Revard purpurfarbener, sein Teig wird cremiger und seine Nase kr\u00e4ftiger. Nach langen Wochen beginnt der K\u00e4se, seinen Namen zu verdienen, er erinnert daran, dass er ein Vacherin ist, seine Cremigkeit wird schlie\u00dflich durch das Holz der Fichte gewonnen, das ihm
