Der K\u00e4se hat seinen Namen von dem Dorf Manigod, in dem er entstand, und wurde auf einem Bauernhof in den Aravis geformt.<\/p>\n\n

Eine recht neue Kreation, die sich an der alten Tradition der savoyischen Vacherins orientiert, die mit Fichtenholz umreift werden, um ihre \u00fcppigen Nudeln zu enthalten.<\/p>\n\n

Der K\u00e4se hat seinen Namen von dem Dorf Manigod, in dem er das Licht der Welt erblickte. Er wurde auf einem Bauernhof in den Aravis geformt, und die Familie Paccard, talentierte Affineure, haben uns diesen wunderbaren K\u00e4se n\u00e4her gebracht.<\/p>\n\n

Der Manigodine ist rund und von seinem sch\u00f6nen Holz umg\u00fcrtet. Seine Rinde ist von einem ausgewaschenen Rot, das von einer kleinen wei\u00dfen Blume beflaumt wird. Durch die feuchte Pflege wird diese verblassen und einem dunkleren Kleid Platz machen. Man muss warten k\u00f6nnen, denn der K\u00e4se verstr\u00f6mt auch in jungen Jahren einen Duft nach Heu und Holz, der zum Verkosten einl\u00e4dt. Dann kann man die unvergleichlichen Aromen dieses Vacherin des Aravis mit dem L\u00f6ffel genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
