Der Teig ist hellgelb und gl\u00e4nzend mit einem wei\u00dfen, kreidigen Kern.<br\/>Er verstr\u00f6mt den Geruch von frischen Pilzen in Verbindung mit Aromen von Sahne und warmer Milch. Seine Textur ist weich und manchmal sogar flie\u00dfend, wenn der K\u00e4se sehr reif ist.
