Dieser Bauernk\u00e4se mit seiner originellen Form f\u00fcgt sich in diese Kultur ein, bleibt aber dennoch ein einzigartiges Produkt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Das Petit Baluchon ist eine recht neue Kreation und eine Hommage an die zahlreichen Ziegenk\u00e4sesorten aus seiner Region. Die elfenbeinfarbene, faltige Kruste bedeckt einen leicht br\u00f6ckeligen Teig, der jedoch im Mund zergeht. Durch die lange Reifung gewinnt er an Mineralit\u00e4t, aber er ist ein K\u00e4se, dessen Frische man am besten in jungen Jahren genie\u00dft, wo er je nach Jahreszeit Aromen von Blumen und frischem
