In dem kleinen Weiler Ginestari\u00e9 stellt die Familie Teoski einen k\u00f6stlichen Vollrahmk\u00e4se her.<\/p>\n\n

Das Departement Tarn mit seiner Hauptstadt Albi, die zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe geh\u00f6rt, ist ein Schlaraffenland, eine Provinz, die von einer gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Natur geformt wurde.<\/p>\n\n

Am Ufer des Lac de la Bancali\u00e9, zwischen Albi und Castres, stellen Dragan und Chantal Teotski in dem kleinen Weiler La Ginestari\u00e9 K\u00e4se her und haben sich mit ihren Produkten vom Bauernhof einen guten Ruf erworben.<\/p>\n\n

Das recht flache, elfenbeinwei\u00dfe Quadrat Pav\u00e9 de la Ginestari\u00e9 ist ein kleiner Milchk\u00e4se mit einer leicht geriffelten Naturrinde. Unter ihr quillt ein gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger Teig \u00fcber, der sich schnell als \u00fcberbordend erweist. Dieser sehr cremige K\u00e4se wird mit Genuss verzehrt. Er entwickelt seine sehr feine Ziegennote mit nussigen Aromen, die ihn zu einem eminent beliebten Produkt machen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
