Viele kleine Betriebe stellen hier sch\u00f6ne K\u00e4sesorten her, die von den D\u00fcften einer Region gepr\u00e4gt sind, deren Klima vielf\u00e4ltiger ist, als es den Anschein hat.<\/p>\n\n

So wird der Ch\u00eanette auf einem Bauernhof in der Region Toulouse hergestellt, und Xavier, der gro\u00dfe K\u00e4ser der Region, hat ihn uns vorgestellt.<\/p>\n\n

Der K\u00e4se wird durch das kleine Eichenblatt, das ihn ziert, illustriert. Die nat\u00fcrliche elfenbeinfarbene Kruste verbirgt einen m\u00fcrben, cremigen Teig unter der Pflanzenhaube.
