Daraufhin entstand 1983 ihr erster Reifekeller. Heute besitzt das Unternehmen sechs solcher Keller, die jeweils einer K\u00e4sefamilie gewidmet sind. Dieser wei\u00dfe Pilz \u00fcberzieht die K\u00e4se dieser Familie und verleiht ihnen ihren charakteristischen Edelschimmel.
