The Cabri is inspired by the Mont d’Or, its distant cousin in the Jura mountains. Like him, it comes in a wooden box, swaddled in a spruce strap. The woody character of this wine, combined with its powerful goaty notes, creates a surprisingly well-balanced union despite its pronounced flavors.
