Our raclette and our blend for fondue
We carry a farmhouse raclette from Savoie.
In addition, we sometimes have other suitable cheeses in our cellars.

We blend several mountain cheeses together. We use a delicious fruity Comté as a base, with other long-aged cheeses to add character. (Mountain Beaufort, Gruyère, aged Comté, etc.)
