There once was a cheese that Lyon operating funds wisely milk cans and jars of cream unsold at the end of the day. After some tests, a creamy cheese was born. His shop overlooking the Place Saint-Félicien, it is natural that we named him its place of creation.

Near the Saint-Marcellin, it still differs by its larger and creamier texture. Its salty taste can become powerful yet pleasant.
